How It Works
Step 1: Submit a Booking Request
Click the “Book” button in the menu to share a bit about your pets, what kind of care you need, and your preferred dates. Not sure yet? You can select “Just Looking for Info” and I’ll personally reach out to answer any questions you may have.
Step 2: Schedule a Meet & Greet
A short meet & greet (about 30 minutes) is a great way to make sure we’re a good fit. I’ll come by your home so your pets can meet me, and I can get a feel for their routine, behavior, and environment. We’ll also go over any care instructions you’d like to share.
Step 3: Fill Out Safety Form
After we meet, I’ll send you a quick safety form to collect important details like feeding schedules, medical needs, quirks, and home care notes. It’s great to have on file for future bookings and helps everything run smoothly every time I care for your pets.
Step 4: Confirm Your Booking
Once the form is complete and you're feeling confident, we’ll lock in your booking. I’ll confirm all the details with you and check in again as your scheduled dates approach, so nothing gets missed.
Step 5: Scheduled Service Begins
While you're away, I’ll keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you never have to wonder how your pets are doing. My goal is to make you feel completely at ease during each service.
