How It Works
Step 1: Booking Request
Click the “Book” option in the menu to fill out details about your pets, the type of care you're looking for, and your preferred dates. Just looking for more info? You can select that option on the form, and I’ll reach out to answer any questions!
Step 2: Safety Form
After reviewing your request, I’ll get in touch via email or phone to confirm availability and make sure we’re a good fit. If all looks good, I’ll send over a quick safety form to gather important info—like your pets’ routines, medical needs, and home instructions—so I can provide the best care possible.
Step 3: Meet & Greet
If you'd like, we can schedule a short meet & greet! This gives me a chance to meet your pets, get familiar with their environment, and go over the safety form or any other details you’d like to share. It’s a great way to ensure everyone feels comfortable before care begins.
Step 4: Confirm Your Booking
Once we’ve had our meet & greet, we’ll finalize your booking! I’ll review any final notes with you so you feel 100% confident, and I’ll follow up again as your scheduled service gets closer.
Step 5: Enjoy Your Peace of Mind
While you're away, I’ll provide regular updates and adorable photos so you can truly relax knowing your pets are happy, safe, and in loving hands.
